What is this?

Join my Phil Fit app and do the same workouts I use to train my celebrity clients including Bachelor Nation TV stars Tyler Cameron, Hannah Brown, Matt James, and the Quarantine Crew, as well as, MMA fighter Michael “The Don” Lombardo. 

 

Five minutes is all you need. Five minutes for a full-body workout. Five minutes toward a mentally stronger and physically Phil Fit you. Get ready to get PHILthy in Five with your favorite celebrity trainer and some other familiar faces.

What is Included in the App?

-Unlimited access to all of my workouts and programs any time you want, as many times as you want, whenever you want.

-To start off you will have a program called PHILthy in Five. This is a 6-week program, 5 days a week, for 5 minutes. I created this program so you can fit it into your busy schedule no matter what. No excuses, everyone has 5 Minutes!

-I will also be adding more programs as we go along.

Track Your Progress.

Stay accountable with the schedule tracker so you can set your movement goal for the week. Want to set your goal to workout 3 days a week? 5 days a week? It's your progress and remember going from not working out to moving your body 2 times a week is progress. Meet your weekly movement goal week to week and watch your streak count go up!

The ultimate goal is to be healthy and find movement that is fun. I will help you develop a routine, stay motivated, and encourage you to reach your goals! I appreciate you being here and can't wait to continue this fitness journey with you.
